Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication
Geneva’s "Precision Sheet metal Fabrication Business Unit" caters to the specific manufacturing
needs of our Direct Fulfillment Business customers.
Tooling
Geneva’s foresight and commitment is truly appreciated by its customers. Our expertise in
outsourcing designs and building stamping tools from our external associates enables
customers reduce production costs and time.
Stamping |
Geneva specializes in high and low volume metal stamping production. Hard tool configurations can
take the form of inexpensive simple punching to complex progressive dies or forming dies.
For optimum time to market considerations, Geneva has established network of tooling suppliers worldwide who receive and convert these CAD tool designs into a machine tool language. Our commitment to a low cost tooling solution is evident with our endeavors of expansion into the global market for stamped parts.
Welding
| Geneva’s facility is also equipped by welding capabilities in mild steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and bronze. We utilize a variety of MIG & TIG machines, as well as inverters (Mig & Tig). All our welders are certified on National and International Levels. |
Powder Paint Specification
Geneva is well equipped to deliver the best Powder coating services from prototype to production to its customers.
Geneva’s prompt customer responsiveness and confidence in finishing will remain in your minds when you look out for any powder coating and liquid coating services in the future.
Pre – Treatment
Geneva’s Paint facility and equipment enables you to paint on both Steel and Aluminum. Our facility has 10 tanks for pre – treatment that consists of a degreasing process to remove dirt and grease from the metal. There are two options of coating available like phosphate (for Steel) and chromate (for Aluminum). The material used for coating allows the powder to bind onto the material and provides protection from corrosion.
Small and Large Parts
Our paint facility is equipped to paint both small and large components. The facility also has an operational tool-making department that develops and produces jigs and fixtures to allow optimum throughput of components. These components are processed three times in the oven, which allows the paint line to operate at up to 3 meters per minute.
Value Added Assembly
Geneva has also created a niche in the market for its economically manufactured and integrated custom mechanical enclosures for servers, networking and desktop industries.
We can integrate a wide variety of electronic/electromechanical commodities such as PCBAs, fan modules, power supplies, cables & harnesses, micro motors, cosmetic components, switches into enclosures and provide the required testing environment. A complete assembly area includes automatic screw/pem setters, air tools and riveters for fast accurate hardware installation too.
Final Assembly, Test and Pack
Geneva enables specific final assembly, testing and packing processes that will be unique to each of your products. This process involves Bar-coding key components, dedicated assembly and test procedures. We manufacture your product, test and pack them unit-wise with unique configurations.
Outbound Logistics
Our outbound logistics department is well trained and has vast amount of experience in managing international shipments, warehouse logistics, off-peak hour and quarter-end deliveries. We can ship products to your end-customer directly or to your hub, wherever you require.
You can trust our production staff that always ensures that the deliveries of your products are done on time as we understand and meet your scheduling needs. |
